Social media privacy policy
COMPAS3 COMERCIO ELECTRÓNICO SL has a company page on LinkedIn (https://www.linkedin.com/company/compas3/) to share information about its activity and services and to communicate with people interested in them. This policy explains how we process the data of people who interact with that page, in accordance with the GDPR and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

LinkedIn processes your data under its own rules
LinkedIn is a third-party platform with its own terms of use and its own privacy policy. When you register on LinkedIn, follow our page, react or comment, LinkedIn processes your data as the controller of its platform. That processing is outside the control of COMPAS3 COMERCIO ELECTRÓNICO SL and is not covered by this policy. LinkedIn may also provide us with aggregated statistics about the activity on the page, and the processing of that information is governed by LinkedIn's terms.

We do not add this data to other systems or use it to send you commercial emails without your prior consent. We do not make automated decisions or build profiles. We do not share your data with third parties, except where required by law.
Rules for participation
People who post comments or content on our page must own that content or have the necessary rights and consents, and must respect the law and the rights of third parties. COMPAS3 COMERCIO ELECTRÓNICO SL may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or that infringes intellectual property, image or privacy rights, and is not responsible for content freely posted by users. Please remember that your posts are visible to other users of the platform.
Your rights
For the data that we process ourselves, you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to contacto@compas3.com or to Calle Miguel Yuste 12, 1B, 28037 Madrid, stating the right you wish to exercise. We will reply within one month, which may be extended by two further months if the complexity or the number of requests justifies it.
For the data that LinkedIn processes, you must contact LinkedIn directly through its privacy policy.
If you believe that your data is not being processed in accordance with the regulations, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
